Programs may combine expert led sessions with visits to courts, police organisations and other relevant institutions.

PROGRAM EXAMPLE

The Korean National Police Agency Senior Leadership Training Program brought senior superintendent officers to Sydney and Melbourne. The program examined Australian criminal justice, policing structures, prosecution practice, environmental crime, professional wellbeing and leadership.

Participants also visited a police station, court and policing museum to see Australian legal and policing practice in context.

LEGAL AND JUDICIAL

Common law training for civil law legal practitioners, judicial training programs for overseas judges and training in anti-corruption, financial crime, and regulatory compliance.

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Problem-based learning programs focusing on Australian public administration and legal systems.

PROGRAM EXAMPLE

The Jeonbuk National University Problem-Based Learning Program brought students and faculty to Sydney to examine Australian public administration, social policy, law, governance and community service delivery.

Participants worked through current policy and governance challenges using workshops, discussions and institutional visits.

SPECIALISED PROGRAMS

Specialised programs in ESG law and governance, international arbitration, and cross-border transactions, and programs addressing technology law, cybersecurity, and AI regulation.
